1. Data we collect

Data you provide: name, email, phone, business name and store URL when you use the NOVA scanner, request a consultation or contact us.

WhatsApp messages: when you message a number operated by our assistants, we receive your phone number, profile name and message content through Meta's WhatsApp Business API.

Usage data: pages visited, device and interaction events, via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel.

2. How we use it

To reply to your messages and requests, schedule appointments and deliver contracted services.

To generate the audit reports you request.

To improve our site and measure campaign performance.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business API, Meta Pixel), Google (Analytics), Vercel and Cloudflare (hosting) and Upstash (storage). Each processes data under its own policies.

When we operate a WhatsApp assistant for a client business, messages are processed on behalf of that business, which is responsible for its customers' data.

Authorities, when required by law.

4. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, using encrypted connections and restricted access.

5. Your rights

You may access, update, correct and delete your data, withdraw consent, and file complaints with Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.

6. How to delete your data

Email info@ehnovadigital.com with the subject "Delete my data", including your name and the phone number or email you used. You can also send "DELETE MY DATA" via WhatsApp to the number you talked to.

We will delete your information within 15 business days and confirm through the same channel.
